1. Viewing Reports List Page

1.1 Viewing Methods

• Navigate to the Reports list page by clicking “Reports” in the CRM menu. You can search for Dashboard names in the search bar or filter by Personal/Enterprise Dashboards under chart types.

1.2 Page Actions

• Each Dashboard dropdown menu contains multiple actions:
  • Edit: Enter the editing interface. Users can only edit Dashboards they have permission to modify, with an option to “Save As” their own version. CRM Admins and Report Admins can edit all Dashboards.
  • Delete: Remove a Dashboard. Users can only delete Dashboards they have permission to delete. Admins can delete all Dashboards.
  • Subscribe: Subscribe to Dashboard updates. Permission-based access applies.
  • Move: Relocate Dashboards to other folders.
  • Duplicate: Users with creation rights can duplicate Dashboards for editing.
  • Favorite: Bookmark Dashboards for quick access via the “My Favorites” filter.
  • Share: Share personally created Dashboards with others (revocable).
  • Authorize: Admins can grant enterprise Dashboard access to others (revocable).
  • Forward: Share Dashboards via Chats with permission-based restrictions.

2.1 Viewing Methods

• Access Data Dashboards by clicking “Data Dashboards” in the CRM menu. Switch between Dashboards using the dropdown at the top.
