1. Reports list view

1.1 How to access

  • Click Reports in the CRM menu to open the reports list. Use the search bar to find a Dashboard by name, or filter by chart type to view Personal Dashboards or Company Dashboards.

1.2 Page actions

  • Each Dashboard has a drop-down menu with the following actions:
    • Edit: Open the Dashboard editor. Users can edit Dashboards they have edit permission for and can “Save As” to create their own Dashboard. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can edit all Dashboards.
    • Delete: Delete the Dashboard. Users can delete Dashboards they have delete permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can delete any Dashboard.
    • Subscribe: Subscribe to the Dashboard. Users can subscribe to Dashboards they have subscribe permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can subscribe to any Dashboard.
    • Move: Move the Dashboard to another folder.
    • Create Copy: Users with Dashboard creation permission can create a copy (duplicate) of a Dashboard. After creating a copy, the editor opens for the new Dashboard where changes can be saved.
    • Favorite: Add the Dashboard to favorites. Favorited Dashboards can be filtered by “My Favorites”.
    • Share: Share a Personal Dashboard you created with others for viewing. Removing the share revokes others’ access.
    • Authorize: CRM administrators and Reports administrators can authorize Company Dashboards to other users for viewing. Revoking authorization removes their access.
    • Forward: Forward the Dashboard. Users can forward Dashboards they have forward permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can forward any Dashboard.

2. Dashboards (Data Dashboards) viewing

2.1 How to access

  • Click Dashboards in the CRM menu to open the Dashboards page. Click the Dashboard name at the top of the page to switch between Dashboards.

2.2 Page actions

  • If a Dashboard you want isn’t visible in the top list, click More to search or browse Dashboards.

  • If you still can’t find the Dashboard, go to Manage Personal Dashboards. Set hidden Dashboards to visible and drag Dashboard names to reorder them.

  • Each Dashboard’s drop-down menu includes:
    • Edit: Open the Dashboard editor. Users can edit Dashboards they have edit permission for and can “Save As” to create their own Dashboard. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can edit all Dashboards.
    • Delete: Delete the Dashboard. Users can delete Dashboards they have delete permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can delete any Dashboard.
    • Share: Share a Personal Dashboard you created with others for viewing. Removing the share revokes others’ access. When sharing, you can check “Also grant view access to all charts within the Dashboard” — if checked, the system will also add the Dashboard’s charts to the share recipients.
    • Authorize: CRM administrators and Reports administrators can authorize Company Dashboards to other users for viewing. Revoking authorization removes their access. Authorization also supports “Also grant view access to all charts within the Dashboard”.

  • Additional actions:
    • Hide: Users can hide any Dashboard they can see.
    • Create Copy: Users with Dashboard creation permission can duplicate a Dashboard. After creating a copy, the editor opens for the new Dashboard where changes can be saved.
    • View Info: View basic Dashboard metadata, including name, type, creation time, and last update time.

  • Forward: Forward the Dashboard to Chats. Users can forward Dashboards they have forward permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can forward any Dashboard.

  • Subscribe: Subscribe to a Dashboard. Users can subscribe to Dashboards they have subscribe permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can subscribe to any Dashboard.

  • Export: Export Dashboard data or charts. Users can export Dashboards they have export permission for. CRM administrators and Reports administrators can export any Dashboard.

  • Web Fullscreen: Open the Dashboard preview page and view the page URL.
  • Presentation Mode: Open the Dashboard preview in full-screen presentation mode.

  • Manage Employee Dashboards: Share/authorize selected Dashboards to colleagues, Departments, Department Heads, User Groups, or Roles. You can further configure whether the displayed Dashboards use group union logic and whether to show only group-selected Dashboards.
    • Display Dashboards using group union: When checked, if an employee belongs to multiple groups that grant access to Dashboards, the employee sees the union of all Dashboards they can access. When unchecked, if an employee belongs to multiple groups, the system applies the settings of the first matching group.
    • Show only group-selected Dashboards: When checked, users in the scope see only the Dashboards selected for the group. When unchecked, users see group-selected Dashboards plus Dashboards they created, non-hidden Dashboards, public Dashboards, and Dashboards shared by others.

  • Refresh: Refresh the current Dashboard data.

  • Mobile: On mobile, use the Dashboard drop-down menu to switch Dashboards.

3. Widget (view mode) actions

3.1 Interaction (Linking)

  • Link: Click a chart to trigger linked charts to update accordingly.

  • Drill / View Details: Drill into a chart or view its detailed records.

  • Drill and Link: The initiating chart drills down while linked charts update.

  • Jump: Navigate to a target Dashboard configured in the jump settings.

3.2 Metric details

  • View metric details: Hover over the metric-details icon to display all metrics and their details for the current chart.

3.3 Refresh

  • Refresh: Hover to see the last update time for the widget data; click to refresh the widget contents.

3.4 Data scope

  • Data scope: By default, the chart displays the Dashboard-level data scope. For filters that are not locked, adjust the filter values and apply them for the current view.
