1. Overview

• Once an enterprise enables multilingual support, the CRM and other application modules will display functionality and UI text in the selected language. Currently, BI has pre-configured translations for all built-in resources in their respective language environments. All custom resources are integrated into the Translation Workbench, allowing users to define their own translations.

Multilingual Support in BI

• BI-related resources are integrated into the Translation Workbench. If a translation exists in the selected language, the system will display the translated content; otherwise, it will show the original value.

1.1 Folder Names

• Translation Steps:
  • 1. In BI, select “Folder Names” as the category.
  • 1. Subcategories include:
       - Folder Name
       - Folder Description
  • 1. After selecting the content to translate, enter the translation in the “Name Translation” field and synchronize.

1.2 Chart Names

• Translation Steps:
  • 1. In BI, select “Chart Names” as the category.
  • 1. Folder Name: Select the folder containing the chart.
  • 1. Chart Type: Includes:
       - Reports
       - Chart
       - Pivot Table
  • 1. Subcategories include:
       - Chart Name
       - Chart Description
  • 1. After selecting the content to translate, enter the translation in the “Name Translation” field and synchronize.

1.3 Data Dashboards

• Translation Steps:
  • 1. In BI, select “Data Dashboards” as the category.
  • 1. Subcategories include:
       - Dashboard Name
       - Dashboard Description
       - Dashboard Chart Name
       - If a chart name in the dashboard is not translated, the system will check for its translation in the Reports list. If no translation exists, the original value will be displayed.
  • 1. After selecting the content to translate, enter the translation in the “Name Translation” field and synchronize.

• Translation Steps:

  • 1. After selecting the content to translate, enter the translation in the “Name Translation” field and synchronize. Preset templates come with default translations, but users can customize them if needed.
