After employees bind their corporate email account or personal email account, they can receive, view, It will be more convenient to send and manage emails, or transfer emails to FunShare, Work, CRM, and communicate with colleagues and customers.

2. Application scenarios and value

  • Email transfer to sales records
In daily customer follow-up, sales often communicate with customers by email. At this time, it is hoped that the emails with customers will be stored in sales records, so that they can be searched at any time later. Of course, emails can also be forwarded to Qixin, shared, approved, tasks, schedules, etc., to help employees conveniently carry out various businesses.
On the email reading page, select "Funshare" - "Forward to Sales Record" in the top menu, and you can convert the email as an attachment into a sales record and view it in CRM.
  • Save email contacts as CRM contacts
When you need to save an email contact as a CRM contact, you can hover the mouse over the email address and select [More Operations]-[Save as CRM Contact] in the menu to save the email address as a CRM contact people.
