2.2.2 Approval process of payment collection plan

- Approval Process Definition: No preset approval, custom approval flow.
- Approval process processing: After saving the newly created payment plan, you can view the payment plan to be approved in "CRM Reminder-Payment plan to be confirmed", click to process, or open it in the "Payment plan" list Handle the details of the repayment plan.
- Confirmation: The approval is passed and completed.
- Rejection: After rejection, the approval status will be marked as "Rejected", and the payment plan information needs to be revised and submitted again.
