1. Initialization of Script Repository
After the user purchases SCRM-related products, the system will automatically initialize the related functions of the script repository; at the same time, it will initialize a role of [Script Repository Administrator], which needs to be manually assigned to the corresponding employee, and the employee can have the management permissions related to the script repository. The script repository configuration path: Knowledge Repository ---> Script Repository.
When the script repository is initialized, the system will generate a link, as shown in the figure below. After configuring the link to the chat sidebar of WeCom, you can view the speech in the sidebar of WeCom.
------After logging in to the system, the administrator of the script repository can view two menu items, the knowledge list and the script repository.
------Under the script repository menu, you can view the list of script repository. Among them, the personal script repository and the corporate script repository are the default script repository. The data in the personal script repository is only visible to individuals, and the data in the corporate script repository is visible to the entire enterprise; in addition to the preset script repository, the script repository administrator can also manually create a new script repository.
2. Script Repository Settings
1. New Script Repository Data on PC
The knowledge base administrator\the speech database administrator can maintain the enterprise speech data on the PC side, and the maintenance path is: knowledge base--->knowledge list. According to actual business needs, you can create knowledge categories and create speeches under the knowledge categories.
After the script creation is completed, the corresponding script category can be bound under the script library, and all the data can be viewed in the sidebar of WeCom.
Note: The script library and the knowledge category only need to be bound once. Subsequent scripts added under the corresponding category will be automatically maintained under the corresponding script library.
2. Manage Script Repository
The administrator can add a script library. When adding a script library, the visible range of the script library can be set. Only those who are within the visible range can view the script entry in the sidebar of WeCom.
The script library that has been enabled supports deactivation. After deactivation, the corresponding entrance will be automatically closed in the sidebar of WeCom.
3. Script Repository Application
Both the WeCom sidebar and the mobile terminal can quickly search, view and send dialogue content.
