1.4 The approver is wrong, can it be revised?

If the approval process is not configured with a fixed process, it can be modified. The issuer can modify the approver, or the current approver can modify it without approval.

1.5 The approval content is wrongly sent, can I modify it directly?

It cannot be modified on the original basis, but the canceled or rejected approval supports re-initiating the approval, and the text of the original approval will be automatically copied to the new approval, which can be sent after modification on this basis. The pictures and attachments inserted in the rich media in the original approval, and the CC range will not be brought in, and need to be added again.

1.6 Does the issued approval support deletion?

Unapproved approvals can be canceled and deleted within 24 hours of sending, and system administrators need to delete them after 24 hours or have been approved.

1.7 Why can I delete some of the canceled approvals, but not others?

The sender of the canceled approval can delete it within 24 hours after sending out the message. For example, if your approval was sent the day before yesterday and was canceled today, the sending time of the message has exceeded 24 hours, so it must not be deleted. Approval and deletion is based on the time when the information is sent out, not the operation time of the cancel action.

1.10 After the administrator modifies the fixed approval process, will the process be updated synchronously if the previous approval has not been approved?

For approvals issued before the modification of the fixed process, the process will not be updated synchronously, whether it is pending approval or the approval is completed, and only newly issued approvals will use the new process.

1.11 In the approval process, can the approver designate the approver of the next node?

Only when the approval object is a sales order or a return order is it allowed to switch to the free process, and other objects do not support their own selection of approvers.

1.12 Can I be reminded by email after the approval or the timeout of being rejected?

2. Workflow

2.1 Why is the data not triggering the workflow?

2.2 Why does the workflow keep triggering cyclically?

2.3 Workflow trigger conditions: the new/obsolete type does not trigger the process, but the process is not triggered, what is the reason?

Check whether there is a record in the workflow execution log,
a. Self-check whether the triggering conditions are met, and whether the process is disabled when the trigger is triggered;
b. When the last follow-up time is not grayed out, as a trigger condition, it will not trigger if it is met;
c. The calculated field is used as a workflow trigger condition, and it will not be triggered if it is met;
d. When the statistical field is not grayed out, as a trigger condition, it will not trigger if it is met;
e. When the reference field is not grayed out, as a trigger condition, the workflow cannot be triggered.

2.4 Workflow trigger conditions: the new/obsolete type does not trigger the process, and the import trigger does not trigger. What is the reason?

2.5 Workflow trigger conditions: field update triggers the process, but the process is not triggered, what is the reason?

3. Business flow

3.1 How to automatically initiate business flow?

4. Stage propeller
