WeCom Mini Program Business Card

E-Marketing provides the employee business card function. The administrator can set the business card template in the background, or it can be partially configured by the employee. There are three ways to open the business card for the first time:
1. The administrator uniformly sends out invitation notifications for opening business cards. After receiving the invitation notification on the WeCom client, employees click to enter the mini program page and automatically activate business cards. Currently, only the mini program application can receive the invitation notification. Please open the background mini program notification;
2. Employees visit [Workbench>Marketing Assistant-Mini Program] and click to enter the mini program to automatically open business cards. The name of the mini program may have been updated, and it may be the name of the exclusive mini program bound by E-Marketing;
3. Employees visit [Workbench>Marketing Assistant>Business Card] and click to enter the mini program to automatically activate the business card. This entry is suitable for accounts who do not use the mini program;
After the business card is opened for the first time, click the edit icon in the upper right corner to supplement and edit the information. The mobile number information needs to be filled in as the basic information. After editing and saving, the business card can be shared. At the same time, the articles and product information shared by the current employees will be brought employee business card component, accounts can click to contact current employees through WeCom or phone

Full Promotion App Notification Card

After the full promotion task is issued from the background of the marketing channel, the task notification will be received on the WeCom client, click the notification card to promote, and currently you will receive a mini program (enterprise's own mini program name) and an H5 marketing assistant (enterprises can also customize the name) notifications, in the picture below the notification card that enters the mini program is the mini program promotion, and the marketing assistant is H5 promotion.

The promoted mini program has a stronger brand and has a standard brand logo. After going back to the home page, you can visit the enterprise's microsite, such as products, company introduction, etc.It cannot be forwarded to personal WeChat friends and moments, but can only be forwarded to WeCom. 
It is recommended to use the H5 marketing assistant, and you can select the push message method in E-Marketing [System Settings > Basic Settings]. Check only H5 app notifications

WeCom Marketing Assistant Sidebar

In [System Settings>Channel Settings>WeCom>Settings, you can get the address to configure the sidebar of WeCom, and configure it in the background of WeCom [Accounts & Upstream & Downstream>Chat Tools>Chat Toolbar Management]. The sidebar mainly provides to tag quickly, send enterprise marketing materials, and view the current account behavior trajectory.
When chatting with external accounts, click the icon in the lower right corner to expand the sidebar, click the marketing assistant menu to enter the function page
Tag
The tag data here is consistent with the background tag management data of E-Marketing, and the model is the tag under WeCom, which will be synchronized to the default tag system of WeCom. After tagging, accurate content push can be made based on marketing user screening in the later stage.
Push Material
The material list here uses the materials in the background of E-Marketing, conference marketing-created conference activities, and the list displayed in the content center is checked, and you can click to send the conference registration form to the account. Event promotion: micro-page promotion content in event marketing; account acquisition articles, product promotion, poster promotion, company documents, and video materials: all are data from relevant modules in the background content center of E-Marketing. All can be quickly sent to accounts by clicking. Except for posters, documents and videos, other types of materials can be tracked to see whether the user has viewed them.
Promotion Task
There are two types of tasks in this task list, which can be distinguished by the task icon. The "target" icon refers to [Full Marketing Task], which is a full promotion task initiated by the administrator in the marketing background. If a new task is issued , there will be this task in the chat window with all accounts. The "gear" icon is the [WeCom Operation SOP Task] issued in the SOP. This task is a more refined operation task, and only the designated account chat sidebar will be displayed. If a group of accounts who are expected to lose is screened, and it is necessary to send a recovery speech to this group of accounts, only the responsible employees corresponding to this group of accounts will receive the task, and this task will only be available in the chat window of these accounts.
Radar
This list displays current account behavior track information, such as viewing information, submitting forms, and watching live broadcasts. This data doesn't just show behavior on the micro-end. If data such as fans of the official account, accounts, leads, etc. are associated with E-Marketing, all behavior records will be displayed here according to the timeline.

Workbench App Home

In WeCom Workbench, you can find marketing mini program and marketing assistant H5 applications, which can be seen on both mobile and PC terminals. Click the application to enter the home page of the application for material promotion and promotion status viewing. The application scene here is different from the sidebar in that it is mainly used as a unified material for employees to obtain promotion entrances, including employee business cards, promotion records, etc.

Data Forwarding Description

All materials promoted through the above entrances, except for files and videos, will record and share the identity of the employee. Later, you can check the specific promotion employee in the marketing channel. If it is a promotional form type material, the leads submitted by the account can also be set as the leads of who promoted it. Who is automatically assigned to follow up
