1. Visit [Social Distribution], click [Create Distribution Plan] to enter the social distribution page.
2. Set the recruitment title of the distribution plan, upload the introduction image of the distribution plan (including the introduction of the distribution plan, incentive rules, etc., displayed in a concise and easy-to-understand form), and set the leads pool where the leads obtained by the distribution plan pool will be stored in. After the setting is complete, click [Confirm] in the upper right corner to save the distribution plan.
Note: Social distribution leads can select to be deposited into the leads pool or sales leads:
Select to store into [Leads Pool], which is suitable for you who want to manage and distribute the leads obtained through social distribution in a unified manner. If you select this option, you also need to create a corresponding social distribution leads pool in [CRM]-[Leads Pool] and establish corresponding allocation rules.
Select to save to [Sales Leads], which is applicable if you want to directly follow up the leads directly by the internal operation personnel of the distributor (that is, the distribution administrator). Selecting this option will automatically associate the internal operation personnel of the distributor Set as the person in charge of distribution leads, please ensure that all your internal distribution recruiters have the permission to create new leads, if not, it will be set to "system", and you also need to manually change the person in charge in CRM.
After saving successfully, you can view the created distribution plan on the social distribution plan home page.
3. Click to enter the distribution plan, and set the corresponding [Distribution Rules] in [Distribution Management], which supports setting lead submission rewards, lead order rewards, recruitment rewards, and supports obtaining the profit sharing amount calculated by the order function;
4. In [Distribution Management] - [Distribution Administrator], set up internal distribution recruiters, it's usually marketing staff and sales staff, as seed users to start distribution recruitment. Internal personnel do not participate in profit sharing, and are usually calculated for internal commissions.
The distribution administrator can access the [Distribution Management] in [Marketing Mobile Terminal] to enter the personal distribution management page
The distribution administrator can click [Recruit distribution] to recruit distribution personnel here
5. Prepare distribution materials (articles, products, documents) and provide them to distribution personnel for promotion and use;
