Advertising Postback

Advertising postback is currently a grayscale test function. To apply for a trial, please scan the code and contact a consultant to activate the function. The overall process of using the advertising postback feature includes the following parts:
1. It is necessary to access the Baidu advertising account in the E-Marketing first. For details, please refer to Access Baidu Advertising.
2. Create a tracking link in the background of Baidu advertising, and conduct joint debugging with E-Marketing to complete the creation of the tracking link.
3. Set the postback rules, and trigger the advertising postback when the rules are met.
4. Create an advertising plan, and the following landing pages can be selected: 1) E-Marketing landing page; 2) Baidu Jimuyu landing page; 3) Enterprise official website.
5. Create a new ocpc strategy, associate with the advertising plan, and select the target conversion type (the conversion type that completes the joint debugging of the tracking link).
The detailed operation is as follows:

1 Conversion Tracking Joint Debugging

1. Select Add Conversion Tracking: Search & Information Flow Promotion Background - Tool Center - Conversion Tracking - New Conversion Tracking.
2. Select Tracking Target: website, and select the conversion type. The conversion type corresponding to each access method can only be selected once. Here mainly select these 5 to create conversion tracking respectively: return visit-phone connection,
3. Select Access Method: Leads API.
4. Enter the name, and the name cannot be repeated.
5. Copy the token and save it to complete the conversion tracking creation.
6. Go to the E-Marketing [Advertising Effect Data Postback] plug-in and click Go to Configure, click Settings, fill in the postback token, generate the joint debugging landing page URL, copy the URL and return to the Baidu background.
7. Click Joint Debugging on the corresponding conversion tracking in the Baidu background, and the joint debugging window will pop up, paste the copied URL of the joint debugging landing page, and click Next.
8. Scan the code by Baidu APP or directly open the promotion URL landing page, select the corresponding postback conversion type, click Joint Debugging Test, wait for about 10 seconds, go to the Baidu joint debugging window and click Next, and complete the joint debugging test after the joint debugging is successful.

2 Set Postback Rule

Set the advertising postback rules, define the postback trigger rules of each stage, and it will automatically postback when the rules are met.

3 Create Advertising Plan

Scene 1: Launch by E-marketing Landing Page

1. Baidu advertising needs to register the main domain of the URL and keep the main domain of the delivery URL consistent. You can contact the operation and maintenance personnel of your company to configure the enterprise domain name tab under the [System Settings] menu of E-Marketing. After completion, the contents created in E-Marketing are all configured domain name URLs.
2. Visit the [Baidu Advertising] menu under [Advertising Marketing] in E-Marketing, enter the advertising plan, click the landing page tab, you can create a new landing page to be launched, and copy the link to the Baidu advertising platform to launch.

Scene 2: Launch by Jimuyu Landing Page

For Jimuyu leads receiving configuration, please refer to Baidu Jimuyu Leads Access.
Besides, two additional fields need to be configured if the advertising postback is required, as follows:

Scene 3: Launch by Official Website

1. If you use the official website to launch, you need to turn on the UTM parameter settings switch under the [System Settings]-[Advertising Settings] tab, and the marketing campaign will be automatically created according to the utm_campaign parameters, and subsequent leads will be automatically associated with the marketing campaign (advertising plan) to facilitate postbacks.
2. Add relevant utm parameters when launching on Baidu.

4 oCPC Advertising Placement

1. Create a new oCPC bidding strategy, the operation path: search promotion-asset center-bidding strategy-new Ocpc bidding strategy
2. In the selection of conversion goals and bids, the data source is selected as leads API. In the selection of conversion goals and bids, select the conversion goals to complete the oCPC strategy creation.
