The SMS channel is the SMS sending interface provided by the operator, which realizes the purpose of batch sending and custom sending of SMS with the number specified by the account.

ShareCRM SMS service provides 1069 three-in-one enterprise real-name exclusive SMS channel. When applying, the enterprise needs to upload and mail the qualification certificate. The SMS channel can only be used normally after being filed with the operator.

The SMS signature is an identification attached to the SMS content signature, which is used to identify the company or business. The initial application is applied together with the opening of the SMS channel, and the enterprise needs to upload the qualification certificate. The SMS signature needs to be approved before it can be used.

Signature Example:

The certified company is: Beijing Facishare Technology Co., Ltd.

For example: The signature that can be applied for is: [Facishare]

Or you can apply for the name of its products as a signature: [ShareCRM], [Kemai]

Note: You do not need to bring “【】” when applying for a signature, you only need to enter the content of the signature such as “ShareCRM”.

Notes before Opening: After signing up, the signature of all sent SMS will be switched to the SMS signature you applied for, including the verification code of the form in [Marketing], and the fee will be deducted from your SMS recharge fee. After the first activation, Please recharge by text message to prevent the failure to send the verification code due to insufficient balance in the scene where the verification code is used.

1. The administrator clicks [Open Now] at [Management] - [Business Plug-in Management] - [SMS Service] to enter the SMS service activation process.

2. Download the SMS signature acceptance template, and fill in the relevant information according to the template. Download Template

3. After filling in the information, print it and stamp it, then scan the code and add SMS service provider (Monternet Technology) customer service friends, provide photos or electronic scans to the customer service for online review, if the stamping process is relatively complicated, you can contact the customer service in advance for electronic verification The document will be reviewed and sealed after passing the initial review.

4. After the customer service has passed the initial review, send the stamped scanned document to the [email protected] mailbox, and send the relevant original paper documents to Montnets Technology, and contact the customer service students for the specific delivery address.

5. Fill in the relevant authorization information below, including filling in the SMS signature and description, uploading the scanned copy that has passed the review, filling in the relevant delivery information and submitting for review. Failure to submit the relevant information will result in the failure of the final review.

6. After the service provider (Monternet Technology) receives the paper documents, it will complete the final review within 3-5 working days. After the review is passed, the customer service students will inform that the review has been passed. For the first use, please complete the SMS quota recharge in the system. Recharge invoice can be obtained by contacting your ShareCRM account manager

The SMS channel and SMS signature need to be filed with the operator, and you need to provide the electronic files and paper documents of the following qualification materials (both must be stamped with the official seal of the company). 1. A copy of the business license of the enterprise with the signature (with official seal)

① The business license must be within the validity period;

① Make sure the ID card information is clear

② A copy of the front and back of the ID card with the official seal of the company

4. The person in charge holds a photo of his ID card

① The person in charge takes a photo in the office environment with his ID card in hand, and the background includes the company's house number or company LOGO and other signs

② Make sure that the ID card information in the photo is clearly visible

③ If you want to add a watermark, it is recommended to use the words "Only for operator-related business handling, other invalid"

5. Real-name information registration form (electronic version)

① Fill in the electronic version, see the attachment for details: Real-name Information Registration Form

② The information in the table must be consistent with the actual qualification provided

③ If there is a change such as resignation of the person in charge, it is necessary to update the information of the person in charge in a timely and synchronous manner in accordance with the above requirements

6. If the signature of the enterprise is inconsistent with the name of the enterprise, it is necessary to provide a signature certificate and a signature instruction manual (with official seal)

Enterprise SMS signature: refers to the brand or company abbreviation in front of the SMS content, such as the following SMS content:

[ShareCRM] is the signature of the enterprise SMS.

① If there is one character in the company signature that is not in the company name, it will be deemed inconsistent with the company name

② The signature certificate is the certificate of a third-party organization, such as: soft certificate, trademark registration certificate, ICP filing information, official account, official website, APP screenshot, etc.

7. A copy of the ID card of the legal person with the signature attributable to the enterprise (with official seal) (it is necessary for the acceptance of some resources, and please provide it in time if it is randomly checked)

① The legal person is consistent with the legal person in the business license and the filing information of the industrial and commercial system

② The official seal is red, and the official seal must be consistent with the name of the subject of the business license
