In order to use the ShareCRM SMS service, you should read and abide by the "ShareCRM SMS Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement").

Before accepting this agreement, please be sure to carefully read the entire content of this agreement, especially the clauses of exemption or limitation of liability and the selection clause of the jurisdictional court. Limitations or disclaimers may be bolded or underlined to draw your attention.

Regardless of whether you actually read this agreement or not, your actual use of the ShareCRM SMS service means that you and ShareCRM have reached an agreement on this agreement and agree to accept all the agreed content of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, or cannot accurately understand ShareCRM's interpretation of the terms, please do not agree to this agreement or use the services under this agreement. Otherwise, you have accepted the terms and conditions stated below and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you have any behavior in violation of this agreement, ShareCRM has the right to unilaterally restrict, suspend or terminate the service provided to you at any time in accordance with this agreement, or take measures such as banning the account (and no longer opening it); causing serious impact or consequences If so, ShareCRM will have the right to pursue your relevant legal responsibilities.

ShareCRM SMS service: The SMS channel provided to you can support the sending and receiving functions of mobile phone SMS between you, telecom operators and mobile phone end users across the country.

1. The text messages mentioned in this agreement shall be billed according to the actual number of successfully submitted text messages.

2. For SMS billing rules and detailed prices, the rules and prices announced in the system shall prevail.

3. If the billing standard of the ShareCRM SMS service is adjusted due to changes in the operator's billing rules, the ShareCRM SMS service will notify you in advance by means of system notices, etc. If you continue to use the ShareCRM SMS service, you need to press The fee shall be paid according to the charging standard announced by ShareCRM SMS service.

4. There may be errors in the actual billing, and the error rate within 5‰ (number of billing SMS/number of successfully submitted SMS) is within the normal range, and the SMS sending records of various business systems of ShareCRM shall prevail.

You can only send text messages to your internal employees or registered accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users") through the channel you use the ShareCRM SMS service, and you should obtain the user's explicit consent in advance before sending text messages to users. Before the user accepts the specific business service you provide, you should inform the user of the service price, content, and method of providing the specific business.

2. ShareCRM has the right to supervise, review and monitor the text messages you send. Before sending the SMS, ShareCRM will conduct a SMS signature and template review. For text messages that have not passed the review, Funshare will restrict sending , and ShareCRM has the right to unilaterally judge and decide whether your sending text messages violates this agreement, and has the right to refuse to send text messages that violate legal provisions or this agreement. Once it is found that you have sent information that violates legal provisions or this agreement, The right to immediately stop the transmission, and has the right to ask you to rectify within a time limit, suspend business or unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement depending on the severity of the situation. Once you find that your use of this service violates the law or the behavior stipulated in this agreement, you have the right to stop the service or terminate the agreement . If due to your reasons, the user complains that the SMS channel used by the FX SMS service is at risk of being deactivated by the operator, the FX has the right to request the suspension of the service and requires you to bear all the losses suffered by the FX liability.

3. You guarantee that the content of the text message sent to the user is true, accurate and legal, and you are not allowed to use the channels provided by the ShareCRM SMS service to engage in the following acts:

3.1 Conduct business in violation of national laws, regulations and industry policies.

3.2 Send users information that violates national laws, regulations, national policies and public order and good customs.

3.3 Send political information, illegal and criminal information, pornographic information, SP deception customized information or third-party advertisements or other illegal information to users.

3.4 Send commercial advertisements or other information to accounts without their permission: such as real estate advertisements, invoices, immigration information, etc.

3.5 Publish text messages that may have significant negative social impact.

3.6 Violating the provisions of Article 57 of the "Regulations on Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China" by sending information containing the following content ("nine prohibitions"):

(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3.7 Violating the "Notice on Lawfully Carrying out Relevant Work on Handling Illegal Mobile Phone Short Message Messages" (Gongtongzi [2005] No. 77) issued by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, sending information containing the following content:

(1) Information about defrauding or extorting public or private property under the name of a bank or UnionPay;

(2) Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist content or information that instigates crimes and teaches criminal methods;

(3) information on illegal sales of guns, ammunition, explosives, smuggled cars, drugs, ecstasy, obscene materials, counterfeit banknotes and invoices, or stolen goods known to be criminal proceeds;

(4) Publish information about fake lottery wins, fake matchmaking, fake recruitment, or luring or introducing others to prostitution;

(5) Repeatedly sending information that interferes with the normal life of others, and that contains other content that violates the prohibition of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations.

3.8 Violating the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China" by sending information containing the following content (eight categories of prohibited words):

(1) Related to "most", such as the most, the best, the most, the favorite, the lowest, the latest science...

(2) It is related to "one", such as number one, number one in China, number one in the whole network, unique...

(3) Related to "level/extreme", such as national level (except those issued by relevant units), world-class, top, best, ultimate...

(4) Related to "first/individual/country", such as the first, first choice, exclusive, national sales champion, national-level product, country (national inspection-free), national leader...

(5) Related to brands, such as trump card, leader brand, world leader, leader, creator, king, king, champion.

(6) Related to falsehood, such as unprecedented, unprecedented, permanent, omnipotent, ancestral, special effects, invincible, pure natural, 100%...

(7) Related to authority, such as time-honored brands, special supply, exclusive supply, expert recommendation, national XX leader recommendation, national XX agency recommendation...

3.9 Other violations of national laws, regulations and industry policies.

1. ShareCRM SMS service has the right to supervise the scope and content of SMS messages sent by you in its channels. If you violate laws, regulations or the "SMS Review Standards", use the channel of ShareCRM SMS service to send inappropriate messages. If a user sends a short message, or sends a short message with inappropriate content, ShareCRM SMS Service has the right to investigate your breach of contract.

2. ShareCRM SMS service provides you with SMS channel operation and maintenance services, and ShareCRM SMS service should designate special personnel to be responsible for technical support, customer service and data verification.

3. ShareCRM SMS service shall keep confidential the account information (including but not limited to account name, mobile phone number, etc.) that you keep in its channel, and shall not use the information technology and equipment of ShareCRM SMS service to facilitate the extraction of various information or use the above information for any purposes other than those agreed in this Agreement. Otherwise, you have the right to pursue the liability for breach of contract of ShareCRM SMS service.

In accordance with the existing legal and regulatory system, ShareCRM can provide relevant information on the services used by customers in order to cooperate with the supervision of government regulatory authorities or security forensics investigations and other reasons, and under the condition that the procedures and procedures are complete. , including information such as operation logs, operation records of operation and maintenance personnel, and customer operation records.

1. You should understand that using the SMS service channel of ShareCRM involves the network services of telecom operators and the Internet, and may be affected by unstable factors in various links. We are not responsible for any interruption, delay or stoppage of services caused by computer errors or viruses, hacking, stolen brushes, data loss or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of We.

2. ShareCRM has the right to repair or maintain the website or related equipment that provides network services regularly or irregularly. If the network service is interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, ShareCRM does not need to assume no responsibility for this.

3. In case of any of the following situations that lead to service interruption and your loss, ShareCRM shall not be liable:

(1) Force majeure occurs;

(2) Hacking, computer virus intrusion or attack;

(3) The computer system is damaged, paralyzed or cannot be used normally;

(4) Suspension or termination of service due to government regulation;

(5) Others are not caused by the fault of Fanxiang Sales Customer.

4. If you violate the laws, regulations or the "SMS Review Standards" by using the FunShare SMS service channel to send text messages to inappropriate users, or send text messages with inappropriate content, you will bear all legal responsibilities. 5. In any case, the total amount of liability for breach of contract borne by Funshare for the services provided under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount of service fees corresponding to the breach of contract. 6. In any case, Funshare shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, or special damages arising from the use of the services provided by Funshare, including your use of Funshare. Liability for lost profits suffered as a result of the service (even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance).

This agreement and any materials and information of the other party obtained or known by any party to this agreement due to the performance of the agreement are regarded as confidential information, and both parties are mutually obliged to keep confidential. Without the written consent of the other party, neither party may disclose the above confidential information to a third party in any way or use it for other matters other than this agreement, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise required by regulatory authorities. This confidentiality clause will continue to be effective. The termination, suspension, invalidation, or invalidity of this agreement or any of its provisions shall not affect the effectiveness of this privacy policy.

ShareCRM has the right to change some terms of service of this agreement according to the changes. Changes related to customer use will be pushed by email.
