2. Specific Operation
2.1 Language Supported by Platform

2. If the enterprise places an order and activates multi-language, it will have the language supported by the system, and the functions of CRM and other application modules and user interface (UI) text will be displayed in the selected language
2.2 Administrator Settings
2.2.1 Enterprise Language Settings Entry

The personnel under the enterprise will use the default language of the enterprise to use ShareCRM system by default
2.2.2 Organization Structure Employee Language Maintenance
The administrator assigns the language setting entry for personnel: management background - organization structure management - departments & employees - new personnel - language selection
Managers can modify the language they use when adding or maintaining enterprise personnel in the organizational structure, and the personnel will use the language assigned by the enterprise administrator by default after logging into the system. (Both new and imported are supported)
2.3 Personal Language Settings
After logging in to ShareCRM system, corporate personnel can modify the language they need to use in the [Personal Settings]-[Language & Time Zone Settings] setting menu. The language list available here is the language supported by the system.
2.4 Translation Workbench
Translation Workbench Entrance: Management Background - Customization Development Platform - Translation Workbench
- Available languages for translation: Languages supported by the platform
- Translators: do not specify a translator, just have the permission of the translation workbench
- Translation import and export: only import, update and export display for entries that already exist in the system
- Translation display logic: the content created by the user, the translation workbench will not automatically assign translation values, and the translation entry of the workbench has not been translated, and the content created by the user will be used when switching the language value (description: Default Value)
- Translation effective time: After the user translation is synchronized, the system will take effect within 2 hours
- Effective scope of translation: The multilingual service platform will set the effective scope of translation according to the latitude of the enterprise, which is only for internal use of the enterprise

2.5 Object Name Settings

- Modification support scope: custom object name, preset object name, preset field name, custom field name
- Modify the logic:
- Default object and default field: For renaming of default object and default field, the user can only modify the translation value preset by the system, and the system will also take the value according to the modified translation value; default object and default field The description will not change; if the default object and the translation value of the language corresponding to the default field are cleared, the description value (Default) will be taken
- Custom object: the system will assign the name of the created custom object to Default Value, and at the same time synchronize the description value to the translation value of each language, which can be modified by the user (the modified translation value will not be reversely synchronized to Default Value); if cleared Translation value, when switching the language value, it will take the content created by the user (Default Value)
2.6 Custom Language
The ShareCRM system supports enterprise-defined languages (small languages). The concept of a small language is a language that ShareCRM does not currently support, and the accounts have special needs. ShareCRM provides corresponding capabilities to support languages.
