1. Open Order Account

After enabling E-Order, the system will add a [Order Management] application, in which you can quickly build a mall and create an Internet account according to the configuration guide.
Menu Path: [Order Management] - [Mall Configuration] - [Interconnection User]
Notes:
  • The downstream account needs to be added as an interconnection enterprise first.
  • The creation of an interconnection account in the order management is a quick entry, and it can also be operated in [Management Background]-[Interconnection Management]-[Interconnection User]
  • The interconnection user created in order management is given the role of "orderer" by default, and the function authority of the role can be adjusted in the management background.

2. Log in to Order Mall

After opening the interconnection account, the downstream distributors can log in to the order mall after receiving the account. The mall provides multi-terminal logins such as mini programs, ShareCRM apps, and web pages, and also supports WeChat service account binding.
When creating a docking company, you will select whether the docking company has or does not have tenants:
Ø Open a ShareCRM tenant, and users with a ShareCRM account can enter E-Order through ShareCRM to place orders (with tenants)
Ø Do not open ShareCRM tenants, only scan the QR code to log in via WeChat, (mini program/service account) place orders on OrderPass (no tenants)

2.1 WeChat Mini Program

2.1.1 Platform Mini Program

The dealer searches for the version of "ShareCRM E-Order Pro" in the WeChat mini program, binds the mobile phone number, and authorizes to log in. In addition, the mini program also provides an experience mode, and WeChat users who have not registered a docking person can directly experience the function of ordering.
Note: "ShareCRM E-Order" is an old version, the old and new versions can be used at the same time, and the background data is the same.

2.1.2 Exclusive Mini Programs

When brand owners want to display their brand image, they can apply for their own exclusive mini program. When enterprises that use exclusive mini programs logging into the mini program, the company's exclusive name and icon will be displayed, the effect is as follows:

2.2 ShareCRM APP Login

The ordering account has no tenant by default (the dealer has no CRM tenant, only the ordering account). In the 1+N mode, the dealer has its own CRM tenant, and the ordering account created by the brand owner can be logged in through the FunShare app.
For the downstream with tenants, dealers create employee accounts for their employees, and they will be notified by SMS. After the administrator sets the employee as the docking person of the Internet company, he can view [Order] in the Internet management of the ShareCRM app

2.3 Web Login

In addition to the mobile terminal, you can also log in on the web terminal. Enter in the browser: https://jxs.fxiaoke.com, and log in through WeChat scan code or account password.
Note: For the downstream without tenants, you can use WeChat scan code, mobile phone number account password to log in. There are tenants who can log in to the main site of ShareCRM)

2.4 WeChat Service Account Login

If the brand owners have their own WeChat service account, they can put E-Order on the menu of the service account, so that dealers can click on the menu on the service account to enter [E-Order].
The brand owner now authorizes the binding on the WeChat official account, and then configures the service account menu. The specific settings are as follows:
