1. Add two fields to the Person object to identify the OA employee’s name and ID fields respectively

1. When the Person object is edited or created, the platform checks if both fields are populated. If non-empty, the system automatically inserts records into the Account Binding table.

How to bind OA user accounts to Person fields
You can use functions or the Integration Platform connector to call OA’s employee list API, then update relevant fields in ShareCRM Person records to trigger binding rules.
