  • Business Process Collaboration: Chats enables workflow coordination around specific objects by creating dedicated groups (e.g., Account groups, Account Pool groups, Dept. groups, Lead Pool groups, Opportunity groups), ensuring real-time updates and streamlined business execution.
  • Service Portal: Employees can access a convenient mobile service window via Chats’ official account for one-stop services and timely internal updates.
