Chats Management
1. Overview
Displays basic information and access entry for the Chats application. Administrators can also assign Chats administrators and configure the application visibility scope.
2. Basic Settings
Configure front-end behaviors, including whether in-company messages can be forwarded to Interconnection, external contact settings, and system message settings for participant changes in group conversations.
3. Custom Chats Groups
Administrators manage the types of CRM group chats that employees can create from Admin Console > Chats Management > Custom Chats Groups.
- The system currently provides preset CRM group chat types: Account Group, Account Pool group, Departments group, Lead Pool group, and Opportunity 2.0 group.
- Administrators can also create custom Chats groups for other CRM objects based on business needs.
4. Chats Administrator Permissions
If the Chats Management entry does not appear in the list, administrators must add the permission under Admin Console > App List > Chats.
