Minimum Order Quantity - Configuration Guide
I. Typical Business Scenario
Brand manufacturers or primary Distributors may impose minimum order quantity (MOQ) restrictions on channel partners (or for specific Products) to control costs (packaging, logistics, etc.), manage production capacity, or prevent excessive inventory accumulation. Orders cannot be placed below the MOQ threshold.
II. Current MOQ Implementation Scope

III. Configuration Guide
2.1 Enable MOQ Feature
Location: Store Settings > Business Parameters > Minimum Order Quantity

Click [Configure] to quickly navigate to the corresponding Product or item list page to set MOQ for each product:

2.2 Add MOQ Field to Product/Item Object Layout
Location: Admin Console > Preset Objects > Product or Item object
Note: The Product object doesn’t have a create/edit page layout. Configure this field directly in the detail page layout.

2.3 Configure MOQ for Individual Products/Items
2.3.1 Product-Only Configuration
Location: Click [Configure] in the MOQ toggle or directly access the Product/Item list to configure in the detail page

When multiple Units are enabled for a Product, MOQ must be configured in the multi-Unit relationship table
