Batch Printing


1. Batch Printing from List View

Select multiple records in the list view and click the [Print] button. (Figure 1.23)

2. Supported and Unsupported Content for Batch Printing

  • Supports online print templates: Templates created via [New Template] (including PDF templates and online Word templates, but cannot print approval workflow content configured in templates). (Figure 1.24)

  • Does not support offline templates: Templates created via [New Word Template] or [New Excel Template] (including Excel and Word offline templates). (Figure 1.24)

  • Note: Single-record printing on detail pages supports all print templates.

3. Print Modes

  • Paper-saving mode: Continuous printing without page breaks. Content flows seamlessly without pagination.

  • Standard mode: Paginated printing. Content prints page by page, with horizontal dividers visible in browser preview for classic mode.

4. Operational Steps

  • Locate the Print button in the list view, then select the template and print mode. (Figure 1.25)

  • Confirm to enter the preview interface. (Figure 1.26)

  • Access the print preview interface (shortcut: Ctrl+P). (Figure 1.27)

  • Configure page layout settings before printing. (Figure 1.28)
