Delegation Settings

1. Tenant-Level Delegation

Navigate to [Admin Console] > [Process Management] > [Delegation Settings] to enable enterprise administrators to delegate workflows when employees are unavailable due to leave or reassignment.

Users with process management permissions automatically have delegation configuration privileges.

1.1 Delegation Settings

• Displays all delegation configurations set by users, including tenant-level and personal-level delegations.

1.2 Create Delegation

• Select the delegator, delegate, business module (Business Flow, Approval Flow, Pipeline), delegation period, and notes.

• The delegator and delegate cannot be the same person, and only single-selection is supported.

• Duplicate delegations for the same delegator, business module, and time period are not allowed.

• Delegations automatically expire after the end time.

2. Personal-Level Delegation

Navigate to [Personal Settings] > [Delegation Settings] to allow employees to delegate workflows when they are unavailable due to leave or reassignment.

2.1 Delegation Settings

• Displays the current user’s delegation configurations.

2.2 Create Delegation

• Select the delegate, business module (Business Flow, Approval Flow, Pipeline), delegation period, and notes.

• Duplicate delegations for the same delegator, business module, and time period are not allowed.

• Delegations automatically expire after the end time.
