General Option Set Overview

In general, when configuring Single Select or Multi Select fields, you must add options manually. If different objects require the same options, you have to add them separately for each object, which lowers configuration efficiency. The Global Option Set list lets you centrally define reusable options. When a Single Select or Multi Select field on an object needs those options, you can reference the Global Option Set directly.
