Overview of Global Variables

Global variables are a field type that can be referenced anywhere in the CRM. Once configured, a global variable can be used in calculated fields, default values, validation rules, and other business scenarios.

Predefined global variables include Current Time, Current Date, and Current DateTime. Organizations can also create custom global variables.
