1. Access Path

[Admin Console] > [Business Rules Management] > [Global Variables]

2. Add Variable

Click the [Add Variable] button in the upper-right corner to open the [Add Global Variable] dialog. Enter the variable information and click Save.

3. Using Global Variables

Existing global variables can be selected when configuring calculated fields, field default values, validation rules, and other scenarios.
