Multilingual Overview


Technical, sales, and consulting teams often face information silos due to regional barriers, leading to data gaps and redundant work. Language barriers and communication tools further complicate internal coordination, message alerts, and Calendar scheduling. Our multilingual feature enables employees worldwide to operate the interface in their native language, facilitating seamless business collaboration.

Supported Languages The platform currently supports 21 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, Thai, Russian, Italian, Vietnamese, Dutch, Urdu, Kazakh, Swahili, Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish, and Polish. ShareCRM and all application module functionalities display UI text in the selected language. Ideal for global enterprises requiring out-of-the-box multilingual support for cross-border communication and collaboration.
Admin Configuration Admins can set the default language in [Enterprise Settings], ensuring all employees automatically use it for system operations. When adding or modifying employee details in the Org Structure, admins can also adjust individual language preferences. Employees will default to their assigned language upon login, enhancing usability and efficiency. Used during enterprise initialization for configuring basic company and personnel settings.
Personal Settings Employees can modify their preferred language under [Personal Settings] → [Language & Timezone] after logging into ShareCRM. For individual language switching.
Translation Workbench If ShareCRM lacks default translations, users can localize applications using platform languages and customize functionalities built on the PaaS. Enables translation of enterprise-customized content via the PaaS platform.
Object Naming ShareCRM predefines object and field names with translations for immediate use. Enterprises can modify these as needed. For adjusting preset object/field translations to align with business scenarios.
Custom Languages ShareCRM supports enterprise-defined languages. Provides flexibility for unique language requirements.

2. Platform-Supported Languages

  1. The platform presets three languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. Enterprises purchasing multilingual support gain access to default system languages. Additional languages require platform subscription.
  2. CRM and all application modules display functionalities and UI text in the selected language.
