WeChat Official Account Channel Integration (Submitting Work Orders via WeChat Official Account)


ShareCRM Service Connector provides a self-service portal through WeChat Official Accounts, allowing Terminal users to submit service requests directly via WeChat.

Access Path: Service Connector > System Settings > Full Feature Settings > Terminal User Service Connector > Connect WeChat Official Account

1. Binding WeChat Official Account

Prerequisites for Binding: - Only CRM administrators can bind WeChat Official Accounts to ShareCRM. - WeChat administrator authorization is required during the binding process. - Subscription accounts and unverified service accounts are not supported.

Access Path: Service Connector > System Settings > Full Feature Configuration > Terminal User Service Connector > Connect WeChat Official Account

  • Click [WeChat Official Account Authorization] on the Connect WeChat Official Account page to proceed to the authorization page.

  • After the Official Account administrator completes authorization, review the connection details and click [Create] to finalize the binding.

2. Accessing the Self-Service Portal via WeChat Official Account

  • WeChat Official Accounts primarily use custom menus to access the portal. Configure menu options for submitting Work Orders or accessing the portal.
  • Action: Menu Response > Link Application > Select “Service Connector - Terminal User”.

  1. Note: The system defaults to guest access mode.
  2. To restrict access, configure Terminal User Registration and Login (Binding Official Account) first.
