3. Channels for Terminal Users to Access the Self-Service Portal

3.1 WeChat Official Account Access

  • Prerequisite: You must bind at least one WeChat Official Account. Setup guide: https://help.fxiaoke.com/2615/1a29/4107/2f99/368b/4a1f
Note: If outsourced Service Providers also need to submit Work Orders from WeChat, use a separate WeChat Official Account for them. Do not share the same Official Account with end users.

  • Navigation: Service Connector -> System Settings -> Full-Feature Settings -> Terminal User Service Connector -> WeChat Official Account

  • Access via the Official Account relies mainly on the custom menu. Configure a menu item to link to the Submit Work Order entry or to the portal page.

  • Share the QR code by sending it to end users or placing it on devices to make access quick and convenient.
