Query Rules: 1. Query Object: The object to be exposed for external user queries. 2. Display Name: The navigation name displayed to external users when querying multiple objects. 3. Search Field: The field values that Terminal users can match during queries. 4. Manual Text Search: Enter text manually for searching. 5. Barcode Scan Search: Scan barcodes for identification. If the actual barcode contains extra values compared to the system barcode field, you can set truncation for scanned values. 6. Search Data Scope: The data range accessible to external users. You can expose all object data or restrict it to partial data. 7. Query Results: After a query, the results page displays a list. When multiple records are found, only the first XX records are shown externally. 8. Display Fields: The summary fields shown in the results list page after a query. 9. Data Permissions: The final data scope for query results. If external data permissions are unrestricted, the list page may show data outside the Terminal user’s Role permissions (e.g., equipment from other enterprises). However, clicking into details requires permission validation—users without access will see a “No Permission to View Details” prompt.
