2. Enterprise-Specific WeChat Mini Program
Upgrading to an enterprise-specific mini program will display the bound mini program’s name, logo, and entity information externally.
Pre-binding considerations:
1. If you don’t have a WeChat Mini Program yet, complete the registration process first. The mini program must be an enterprise-certified account (personal accounts are not supported). If you have an official account, you can reuse its credentials to quickly register a mini program without additional review materials or fees. [Quick Application Guide]
2. Binding is currently unsupported in 360 Browser. Use Chrome to log in to ShareMarketing for binding.
3. If you have an existing mini program, ensure its functions are no longer in use before binding. Binding will overwrite previous functionalities and impact existing operations. For active services, register a new mini program.
1. Complete basic enterprise mini program information (name, description, icon, etc.)

Application reason examples (customize based on business needs):
1. This mini program facilitates after-sales Work Order services between enterprises and users. Only users with enterprise invitation codes can establish Interconnection relationships and access services.
2. Users registering via Equipment SN can quickly add device location data for manufacturer verification.
3. Field engineers use location data to prioritize nearby Work Orders for efficient repairs.
4. Engineers require accurate check-in/check-out tracking for mileage reimbursement.
Tip: Include a screenshot of the Work Order creation page to improve approval chances. After submission, the status changes to “Under Review”.

2.2 Binding Notes
- When scanning the authorization code, select the “Mini Program” account type.
- Grant all permission sets to ShareCRM during authorization, especially “Open Platform Permissions”, “Web Authorization”, and “User Management Permissions”, to ensure full functionality.
- One WeChat Mini Program can only be authorized to one ShareCRM application (e.g., ShareMarketing, Order Connector, or Service Connector).
- To modify permissions or account type, re-authorize the same mini program. For a different mini program, unbind the current one first.
- Uncertified mini programs must complete certification before authorization.
- For seamless data sharing, bind a mini program and official account under the same entity.
- After authorization, select the mini program version for release. Upon WeChat approval, the QR code will be available.
- New version alerts appear unless the mini program is under review. Manual code submission is required for non-latest versions.
- If version release fails, click “Resubmit for Review”.
3.3 Authorization Failure Reasons
- Uncertified Official Account
Solution: Certify via Mini Program > Settings > Basic Settings > WeChat Certification > Details. - Incorrectly Selected Official Account Authorization
Solution: Scan the QR code as the mini program administrator and select “Mini Program”. - Account Already Authorized to Another Platform
Solution: Cancel third-party authorization or register a new mini program. - Incomplete Permission Grants
Solution: Authorize all default permissions to ShareCRM without modifications. - Incomplete Mini Program Information
Solution: Complete missing details in the mini program backend and re-authorize.
