2. Enterprise-Specific WeChat Mini Program
After upgrading to an enterprise-specific Mini Program, it will display the bound Mini Program’s name, logo, and entity information externally.
Pre-binding considerations:
1. If your enterprise doesn’t have a WeChat Mini Program, complete the registration first. The Mini Program must be an enterprise-certified account; personal accounts are not supported. If you have an official account, you can reuse its credentials to quickly register a Mini Program without additional review materials or fees.
2. Binding is currently unsupported in 360 Browser. Use Chrome to log in to Service Connector for binding.
3. If you have an existing Mini Program, ensure it’s no longer in use before binding, as binding will overwrite its functionality. For active business needs, register a new Mini Program.
1. Complete enterprise Mini Program basic information (name, description, icon, etc.)

Application rationale examples (customize based on business needs):
1. This Mini Program facilitates after-sales Work Order services between enterprises and users. Only invited users with Interconnection relationships can access services.
2. Users registering via Equipment SN can auto-fill device location for manufacturer verification.
3. Field technicians use location data to prioritize nearby Work Orders for efficient service.
4. Technicians require accurate check-in/check-out tracking for mileage reimbursement.
Note: Include a screenshot of the Work Order creation page to improve approval chances. After submission, the status changes to “Pending Review”.

2.2 Binding Notes
- When authorizing, select “Mini Program” as the account type.
- Grant all default permissions to ShareCRM (especially Open Platform, Web Authorization, and User Management) to ensure full functionality.
- One WeChat Mini Program can only authorize one ShareCRM application (e.g., ShareMarketing, ShareOrder, or Service Connector).
- For permission updates, re-authorize the same Mini Program. To switch Mini Programs, unbind first.
- Only certified Mini Programs can be authorized.
- For optimal integration, bind Mini Programs and official accounts under the same entity.
- After authorization, select a release version. Post-approval, the QR code becomes available.
- Version update reminders appear unless the Mini Program is under review. Manual submission is required for non-latest versions.
- If release fails, manually resubmit via “Re-submit Review”.
3.3 Authorization Failure Reasons
- Uncertified Mini Program
Solution: Certify via Mini Program > Settings > Basic Settings > WeChat Certification. - Incorrect Account Type Selected
Solution: Ensure the admin selects “Mini Program” during authorization. - Account Already Authorized Elsewhere
Solution: Revoke other third-party authorizations or use a new Mini Program. - Incomplete Permissions
Solution: Accept all default permissions during authorization. - Incomplete Mini Program Info
Solution: Complete required fields in Mini Program backend before re-authorizing.
