I. Service Group Dispatcher: Rejecting or Reassigning Work Orders

• When a service group dispatcher receives a Work Order assignment, they can choose to either reject it or reassign it to another service group.

Work Order Rejection by Service Group

• Rejection Process: The assigned service group dispatcher can reject a Work Order, which will then be returned to the original dispatcher.
• Rejection Notes: Configurable fields can be set to require explanations when rejecting a Work Order.

Work Order Reassignment by Service Group

• Reassignment Process: Service group dispatchers can reassign Work Orders to other service groups.
• Reassignment Notes: Configurable fields can be set to require explanations when reassigning a Work Order.
