• After a service group dispatcher receives a Work Order assignment from the assigner, they can choose to either reject the Work Order or reassign it to another service group.

2. Service Group Reassignment and Rejection Settings

Service Group Rejection

• Service Group Rejection: A dispatcher in the receiving service group can reject a Work Order. Rejected Work Orders are returned to the original assigner.
• Rejection Note: You can configure a required or optional rejection note field for the dispatcher to fill in.

Service Group Reassignment

• Service Group Reassignment: A dispatcher in the service group can reassign the Work Order to another service group.
• Reassignment Note: You can configure a required or optional reassignment note field for the dispatcher to fill in.
