Reassign Service Group

I. Reassigning Service Groups

• Operation Entry: Open the Work Order details page and click [Reassign Service Group] on the details page.
• During reassignment, the currently assigned service group will be displayed. You can select a new service group to reassign.
• After reassignment, the assigned processors in subsequent workflow nodes within the service group will also be updated. Note: In some cases (e.g., timeouts), the assigned processors in workflow nodes may not update after reassignment.

II. Reassigning Service Group Settings

1. Navigate to the Work Order object > Buttons, click Edit on the “Reassign” button to configure display conditions, button actions, validations, and post-action settings.
2. Assign visibility permissions for the reassign button. Typically, only the Dispatcher Role should have this permission.
3. Note: Verify whether the button is included in each details page layout.
