Maintain your knowledge base as thoroughly as possible—the more complete and clearly described the content, the smarter the AI will perform. Refer to the Knowledge Base Configuration Manual for setup instructions.
2.2 AI Assistant Configuration Guide in Customer Service Console
After purchasing the corresponding Products, the AI Assistant in the Customer Service Console will initialize automatically. The system provides preset function buttons that you can use directly or customize by adjusting backend configurations. Configuration path:
System Settings → Business Assistant Management → Customer Service Assistant. Modify or add buttons as needed.
