  • Required Role: CRM Administrator or management Roles with permissions to Admin > Business Rule Management > Target Rules

Basic Rule Settings

  • Rule Name: Define the name for the multi-dimensional target rule.
  • Fiscal Year: Specify the fiscal year for target tracking (options range from four years prior to five years ahead of the current year).
  • Assessment Period: Set the evaluation cycle (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, or Weekly).
  • Start Date: Determine the effective start date for the rule.
  • Description: Provide contextual details about the rule.

  • Evaluation Subject: Define the entity (e.g., sales rep, team) being evaluated.
  • KPI Metrics: Specify the measurable indicators (e.g., revenue, deal count).
