Setting Multidimensional Target Values
Multi-Dimensional Target Management Process Step Two: Set Multi-Dimensional Target Values
- Menu Entry: Target
- Note: Only Roles with “View List” permission for “Target Values” can see this menu entry.
- In “Target Rules,” select the target rule you want to configure, click on the target rule row to enter the “Target Value Configuration” page.
I. Process for Setting Target Values
Target Value Configuration
- Add: You can add assessment dimension values set in multi-dimensional target rules.
- Delete: You can delete added assessment dimension values.
- Split: You can split the target value from the upper level to the lower level evenly.
- Weighted Split: You can split the target value from the upper level to the lower level according to the set weight.
- Aggregate: You can aggregate the target values from the lower level to the upper level.
- Hide: Hide target value columns.
Note: Fields with hierarchical types such as Departments and Product categories support setting target values according to hierarchy.

Target Value Import
- For batch addition of target values, the process is: Import - Download data template - Set target values in the Excel file - Click Import - Upload the Excel file to add.
- If you only want to batch modify target values for certain people or Departments for specific months, it is recommended to: First export all existing data, make changes based on the exported data, and then import.

Target Value Lock
- After setting target values, CRM administrators and target managers can perform lock operations. Once locked, only CRM administrators and target managers can modify target values, while regular employees cannot.
Target Value Export
- Target values provide export operations.
Target Value Modification Records
- Target values provide modification records to resolve disputes over target value changes.
Target Value Viewing Rules
- You can view the Basic Info of defined target rules.
