Multi-Dimensional Target Management Process Step 3: Analysis of Multi-Dimensional Target Completion

I. Create a New Multi-Dimensional Target Analysis Chart

Different assessment rules require analyzing target completion under different subjects:

Differences: - Chart permissions follow object subject permissions. - Under the Target Analysis Subject, only target value and completion value indicators can be analyzed; under Personnel, Account, Products, and Partner Subjects, target value and completion value can be analyzed with other indicators.

1. Create Using System-Predefined Templates

1.1 Employee, Account, Product Analysis Templates
  • Under Employee Subject and Target Subject, personnel target achievement can be analyzed. When analyzing Dept. target achievement (using main Dept. as a dimension), it refers to the personnel’s main Dept.
  • If you need to analyze Dept. achievement by data ownership Dept. or custom Dept., use the “Dept. Subject” for analysis, and select the corresponding Dept. relationship when configuring target rules.
  • Under “Personnel Performance Analysis,” two templates related to target analysis are preset, supporting only the analysis of target rules for assessed personnel.

  • Target charts created under “Employee Subject” can meet the need for joint analysis of target value, completion value, and other indicators.

  • The analysis capabilities of Account Subject and Products Subject are the same and will not be repeated.
1.2 Custom Theme - Target Analysis
  • Under “Custom Theme - Target Analysis,” the analysis of target rules for all assessed objects is supported.
  • Supports multi-dimensional target analysis.

II. Target Completion Dashboard

On the target value list page, click the view dashboard button behind each target rule to view the completion data corresponding to each target rule.

III. Summary of Target Chart Capabilities

  • When the dimension is a date, it supports the same period and year-on-year comparison of target value, completion value, and completion rate.
  • Supports indicator calculations, such as completion rate = completion value/target value, uncompleted value = target value - completion value, and supports calculations with other indicators.
  • Supports statistical analysis of target value, completion value, and other indicators within the subject.
  • Dimension: Supports full-dimensional field analysis of target completion for Accounts, Products, and Partners, with flexible drill-down and detail viewing.
  • Supports dual dimensions, including stacked bar charts, stacked line charts, cross tables, and other chart types.
  • Custom target charts and custom dashboards.
