1. Overview

• After an organization purchases multi-region support, the system enables multi-region capabilities. Users can select an active region, and in CRM and other application modules, fields of types date, datetime, time, currency, and numeric will display according to the selected region’s format (for example: day/month order, thousands separator, decimal mark). Data values and calculation logic remain globally consistent to avoid misinterpretation caused by formatting differences.

Multi-region Usage in BI

• When displaying and analyzing date, datetime, time, currency, and numeric fields in BI-related modules, the system supports rendering those fields using the display formats of the specified country/region.
