1. Overview

• When an enterprise enables multi-region functionality upon subscription, users can select their preferred region. Across all CRM modules and application interfaces, fields involving dates, timestamps, time, currency, and numerical values will automatically display in the format corresponding to the selected region (e.g., day/month sequence, thousand separators, decimal points). Data content and calculation logic remain globally consistent to prevent misinterpretation due to formatting differences.

Multi-Region Support in BI

• For date, timestamp, time, currency, and numerical fields displayed or analyzed in BI modules, the system supports region-specific formatting based on the selected country/region.
