1) Create a questionnaire
The service account administrator enters [Service Account Workbench] - [Questionnaire] to create a new questionnaire.

2) Edit the basic information of the questionnaire
Enter the form editing page, first fill in the basic information of the questionnaire, the deadline for filling in, the scope of use, etc.

3) Edit questionnaire fields
Enter the form editing page, select the appropriate field from the left field and edit it. Custom fields support dragging up and down to adjust the order. The field type supports multiple types, and the name and mobile phone in the radio field and the common field support [automatic filling], which is automatically supplemented with the information in the platform; the text type field can be set [the filled content cannot be repeated]; all fields can be set as 【Required】. Click [Preview] in the upper right corner to view the preview effect on the web page and mobile phone.

4) Send questionnaire
Click on the questionnaire to enter the details page, and click to send or copy the URL.
- Click [Send] to send it directly to the employee through the service account.
- [Copy URL] can be configured in the menu of the service account. After the employee clicks the menu, it will automatically jump to the questionnaire filling page.
- The number of views of the questionnaire, the total number of submissions, and the number of submissions on the current day will be automatically counted.

5) Questionnaire recovery
The administrator can view the result statistics in the statistics on the questionnaire details page.

Or view the result details in the filling results, and export the filling results.
