1. Service account homepage
Employees can learn about the use value of the FunShare service account, the latest product trends, etc. on the homepage of the service account.
For a service account that you are interested in or find valuable, you can click on the service account template to pre-fabricate the basic information of the service account, apply to the system administrator for activation, and the [system administrator] can start operation after approval.
2. Service number management
The service account management menu is only visible to system administrators and service account administrators. In this module, you can complete setting actions such as creating a service account, configuring the basic information of the service account, deactivating/enabling/deleting the service account, etc.
2.1 Create a service account
The system administrator has the right to directly create service accounts. The system presets 4 types of service account templates: service, knowledge, message, and interaction. There are 9 service account templates in total. If it is not suitable, you can choose the general category [blank template] at the bottom, click Next, and fill in the basics information to create.
After the creation is completed, the administrator can receive a prompt message from the service account in [Qixin]. Employees can check the service number under the service number list in [Contact Book].
2.2 Configure the basic information of the service account
- Logo: the avatar of the enterprise service account
- Name: name of enterprise service account
- Function introduction: A brief introduction of the main positioning and usage of the service account.
- Administrator: The administrator of the service account has all operation rights of the service account. The current service account administrator can add new personnel as service account administrators; generally, the corresponding functional personnel will be assigned according to the location of the service account. For example, HR assistant service account administrators are HR personnel, and administrative assistant service account administrators are administrative personnel. The administrator of Wuzhenhua service account is the manager of the enterprise and so on.
- Subscription scope: The visible scope of the service account (the maximum scope for sending messages). If the subscription scope is smaller than the entire company (such as the Finance Department), the maximum visible scope is the subscription scope (Finance Department), and it cannot be sent to the entire company. After the service account is created, it defaults to the whole company.
- Security settings: Whether the graphic and text messages issued by the service account can be shared to third-party social platforms, such as WeChat, QQ, etc. If the message of the service account belongs to the internal message of the enterprise, it is recommended to set it to disallow.
- Service account status: All services of the service account can be temporarily suspended, and employees will not see the service account after deactivation.
3. Service account workbench
The service account workbench is a work platform for service account operators. It has provided 12 functional plug-ins, supporting multiple functions such as posting notifications/managing notification comments/managing notification materials/customizing menus/mobile customer service/service work orders/questionnaires, etc.

When there is a new user feedback, work order submission, or questionnaire filling, the relevant business processing personnel can receive the feedback in the workbench of the service account on the APP side and perform mobile processing, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of the administrator . Group messages can also be sent on the APP side workbench to create a one-stop management experience for administrators.

Not only on the mobile terminal, but also on the PC terminal, corresponding service number business processing can be performed.
