2. Ordinary collection
The salesperson of the enterprise does not set the order information, and the customer directly scans the QR code with WeChat, Alipay or Funshare, and the customer enters the order information and completes the payment.
Step 1: On FunShare, open [Applications] -> [Scan code collection] -> [General collection].
Step 2: The customer uses WeChat/Alipay to scan the QR code, enter the amount, order name, payment company information, and complete the payment.
Step 3: After the business cashier successfully collects the money, a collection record will be generated, and the [FunShare Payment] arrival notification message will be received.

3. Order payment
The salesman of the enterprise generates a QR code with an order on the payment collection application, and the customer scans the QR code with WeChat, Alipay or Funshare, and pays directly; or generates an electronic order and sends it to the customer by email, etc., and the customer pays with online banking ; Receipts will be sent directly to the company's wallet account.
Order payment-unassociated crm
Step 1: On Funshare, open [Application]->[Scan Code Collection]->[Order Collection], the salesperson of the enterprise enters the payer, reason for payment, and amount according to different businesses, and clicks [Send] Receipt];
Step 2: Select the payment method (Alipay, WeChat payment), generate an order QR code, and show it to the customer;
Step 3: The customer uses WeChat/Alipay to scan the QR code to complete the payment.
Step 4: After the business cashier successfully collects the money, a collection record will be generated, and the [FunShare Payment] arrival notification message will be received.

Order Collection - Associated CRM
Step 1: The administrator for scanning code collection logs in to Fanxiang Sales on the web page, open [Application] -> [Scanning Code Collection] -> [Receipt Settings] -> [Associate CRM], and [Enable] the association button.
Step 2: When the salesperson collects the order, the payer can be associated with the CRM customer, and the reason for the payment can be associated with the CRM sales order. After the order is generated and the customer pays successfully, a payment return record will be automatically generated.
Step 3: You can go to [CRM] -> [Payment Collection] to view the newly added collection records.
Note: If you modify the default object of CRM payment return or add a custom field, the associated CRM function cannot be used for the time being, and we will improve this function as soon as possible.


4. Receipts to multiple different accounts
When receiving money, you can choose the account where the funds will be credited. After selecting the credit account, the funds received will only be credited to the corresponding account.

5. Receipt records
Scan the QR code in the upper right corner of the payment application [More] to view a list of all collection details of "I", including [Received] and [Pending Collection] Click on the collection record to view the transaction details of the record .

6. Scan code collection management
The collection administrator can go to [Application] -> [Scan Code Collection] on the web page to scan the code to receive payment, and can view all salesperson collection records, collection statistics, view reports, and perform collection settings and other operations .
Data report
According to [data report], the collection record generates a data report to view the daily flow trend, and you can view the trend graph of the collection flow by month or year.

Receipt Statistics
Filter collection details based on selected employees or departments, time or keywords, and support statistics of total collection, number of collections, and average single collection amount according to the screening results. And it supports the export of payment receipt details, click "Export" to export the detailed excel form.
Filter by receiving account: Select the receiving account to filter out detailed records of receiving payments.
Filter by scope: You can filter collection records by an employee or a certain department. For example, if you select employee Zhang San as the scope, you can filter all collection records of this employee;
Filter by time: You can also click "Time" to select the payment details for a certain period of time;

Performance Statistics
You can view the collection performance statistics of the company's collection employees on the web page, and the employee performance is calculated according to the total collection. And it supports the export of excel sheets, saving the manpower and material resources of financial personnel.
You can filter by employee and time range, and click the export button to sort and export employee collection performance from high to low or low to high.

Payment Settings
Associated CRM: It can control the switch status of all salespersons associated with CRM. After the associated CRM is turned on, the order collection can be associated with the customer and order of the CRM, and a payment will be generated.
