1.1 Course Browsing

1.1.1 Learning style

The training assistant provides two online learning methods for students: mobile APP and web :
1) Mobile terminal
2) Web side
- New entry
- Legacy entry

1.1.2 Browse courses

After entering the training assistant, you can browse learning courses on the [Course Hall] page.
Different course categories can be switched through the course channel navigation in the course hall.
The course channel navigation in the course hall displays the first-level course channel by default. If a second-level channel is set under the first-level channel, the second-level channel will be displayed below after clicking. There are at most 15 second-level channels under one first-level channel.

  • Course Channel - [All]: (system default channel) You can view all courses that have been published and the current user has permission to view in [All].
  • Course Channel - [Uncategorized]: (system default channel) You can view all uncategorized courses that have been published and that the current user has permission to view in [Uncategorized].
  • Course Channel - [FunShare Open Class]: (The system opens the channel by default) You can view the free public class courses provided by FunShare Sales (Note: If the enterprise application administrator has disabled the channel, the channel will not be visible).
  • Course Channel - [Will Use Funshare]: (The system opens the channel by default) You can view free courses related to Funshare products provided by Funshare Sales Customer (Note: If the enterprise application administrator has disabled the channel, the channel will not be available. visible). the
Note: Except for the above 4 channels, other channels are course channels built by the enterprise itself.

1.1.3 Course Channel Permissions

Course channel permissions: Course channels have a visibility range setting, and student users can only see channels that have been authorized for themselves.

1.2 Course study

1.2.1 Curriculum

There can be a maximum of 3 levels of directories under a course, and the class hours that can be learned are listed under the directories.
Video class hours: Support various video types such as MOV, WMV, VOB, AVI, RMVB, etc.
Document class hours: support PPT, Word, PDF type of document courses, and support browsing and learning now.
External link course hours: external webpage course, the learning completion standard of this type of course is: open the page to learn once, and the learning is completed.
Among them, video-on-demand class hours will be charged for video-on-demand traffic, and the company will purchase the class-hour traffic uniformly. As long as the class hour balance is greater than zero, student users can use it. The billing rules for video-on-demand classes are as follows:
  • When the video course is played for the first time, the student will be charged a traffic fee based on the actual viewing time (charged by the third-party video-on-demand platform, 0.5 yuan/hour; there will be no charge for the student to watch the video repeatedly).
  • When using the offline caching function to download video courseware for the first time, the traffic fee will be deducted once according to the duration of the courseware (the student will not be charged for repeated viewing of the video in the future).
  • For paying customers of FunShare (sales management enterprise version, sales management marketing version), the training assistant will give 1,000 hours of video lessons, and the excess part will be charged at 0.5 yuan per hour. 3) Course permissions: Courses have a visibility range setting, and student users can only see courses that have been authorized for themselves.

1.2.2 Course study page

Entrance: Select a course in the course hall, or enter the course learning page of a course from the message reminder card of the training assistant service account.

  • When starting a lesson study, the study completion standard of this lesson will be displayed (disappear after 6 seconds)

  • Course interaction: students can leave a message in the comment area to comment on the course and their learning impressions

1.2.3 Video class learning

Start the courseware playback, and you can learn the content of the video lesson. Below the video player is a controllable progress bar, video play and pause, speed and resolution selection, and full-screen playback. Through the course catalog on the right, you can quickly switch the class hours you want to study. The duration and learning progress status of the video lessons are displayed on the right side of the course catalog.

1.2.4 Document class learning

The display effect of the class content of the document class is as follows, and the page can be turned forward and backward through the page turning button to browse the complete document. There are also zoom in and out and full screen buttons for browsing in different window sizes.

1.2.5 Lesson learning of external link webpages

1.2.6 Course study rules

1) Course learning completion standards The course learning completion standards are set by the course administrator, and each class hour can have its own learning completion standards. For example: watch more than 50% of the video class, watch more than 10 pages in the document class, etc. The learning completion standard for all external link webpage class hours is unified: as long as you open the external webpage and study once, it is considered that the class hour is completed.
2) Learning progress during class The system will automatically remember the current user's learning progress for each class, and you can continue learning from the last time when you study next time.
3) Course learning progress Course learning progress = completed class hours/total class hours of the course.

1.3 Exercises after class

1.3.1 Introduction

After learning a course, small exercises and small tests (set in advance by the course administrator) are aimed at practicing instead of learning, reviewing and consolidating the content and knowledge points in the course.
The exercises are voluntary by the students, and the exams are not compulsory. The scores of the exercises are only for the students' reference and will not be used in the follow-up.
After-school exercises will not exist independently, but are attached to the course. After-school exercises are optional, that is, not every course has after-school exercises.

1.3.2 Operating instructions

【Mobile】
There is a homework column under the course details, click to enter the prelude page of after-school homework answers. The front page of the answer will prompt information such as the time limit for answering, the number of questions, the total score, the passing score, and precautions.
Click [Start Answering Questions] to start answering questions. After answering questions, click [Submit Answer Sheet] to submit the test paper, and the test result will be fed back immediately: if you pass, you will be prompted to pass the exam, if you fail, you will be prompted to fail. During the answering process, you can choose the previous question or the next question to turn the page. As shown below:
【Computer side】:
There is an after-school exercise column at the bottom of the course study page. The front page of the answer will prompt information such as the time limit for answering, the number of questions, the total score, the passing score, and precautions. Note: If the administrator has set the permission to view the answers, you can click [View Answers] to view the correct answers and your own answers after the exam is completed.

2. My study

Users can view their learning records, including [My Learning Records], [My Tasks], and [My Favorites].

2.1 Web terminal

2.1.1 My Learning Record

You can view the courses I have studied in [My Learning Record]. It is convenient for users to quickly find the courses they have learned before and continue learning.

2.1.2 My tasks

Check the tasks sent by the company in [My Tasks], including learning tasks, exam tasks, and learning map tasks. The numbers inside the circles indicate the number of pending tasks.
  • Tasks are generally top-down arrangements that must be completed (such as compulsory courses, exams, etc.).
  • There is a deadline for the task. After the deadline, the status of the task will change to "overdue", and the expired task can no longer be executed. Please be sure to complete the task before the deadline.
  • Task types include: learning tasks, exam tasks, and learning map tasks.
  • Course learning within a task must be entered from the task entrance to be effective. If the course hall has a course with the same name as the course in the task, the two are not related, and the learning progress of the self-study course in the course hall will not affect the completion progress of the task.
  • A task can be completed multiple times as long as it is within the deadline. However, an exam must be completed at one time. If the exam is interrupted, the next time you enter, you need to take the exam again.

2.2 Mobile terminal

2.2.1 Users can view their learning information in [My], including [Offline Cache], [My Favorites], [My Learning Records], and [My Materials].
You can view the courses I have studied in 【My Learning Record】. It is convenient for users to quickly find the courses they have learned before and continue learning.
In【Offline Caching】I have cached video courses. If there are courses that are being cached, the folder that is being cached will appear in the header, and you can click to enter the list of courses that are being cached. Below are completed courses that have been cached.
In [My Favorites], view the list of courses I have saved.
2.2.2 Users can view the tasks sent by the company in [Tasks], including learning tasks, exam tasks, and learning map tasks.
Click [Tasks] on the bottom menu of the training assistant to enter, and the numbers in red dots indicate the number of tasks to be processed.

3. Use Tips

Cache and watch videos offline to save traffic.

3.1 Rules Description

Watch the video during class on the mobile terminal, use the offline cache function to download the video to the local, watch and study anytime, anywhere, and save traffic! When the download of the video lesson is complete, the learning progress will be set to "Completed Learning".
The downloaded video lessons will be regarded as video files. When learning the downloaded video lessons in [My Cache] on the mobile phone, you can directly call the player to play the video in full screen, and the course learning page will not appear. The video lessons that have been cached locally will no longer update the course information and changes of the lesson information, and keep the snapshot of the information when the download is completed. Processing logic when the administrator re-edits the video lesson:
1) The original class time is deleted, and the local will not be processed, and the original video will be kept;
2) The order of the original class hours, the higher-level directory, the name and serial number of the changed class hours, etc., will not be processed locally, and the original video will be retained;
3) If the video material of the original class is replaced with other video material, the download function of the class in the [Course Selection Cache] list page will be restored to the downloadable state, and if the user downloads again, the original cached video will be overwritten and updated. If the video material of the original class is replaced with other document-type or external-link material, it will not be processed locally and the original video will be retained;
4) Offline caching is not allowed for video lessons of courses in tasks;
5) Videos that have been cached offline can be watched in a no-network environment.

3.2 Operation process

-Entrance: If the course has a video that allows caching, a download button will appear on the right side of the operation area below the learning area
- Course selection cache: After clicking the download button, you will enter the course selection cache list, which will display all the video lessons that are allowed to be downloaded in this course, and you can choose to download according to your needs. 【Cache All】: Click to start caching all uncached lessons in the list. [View Cache]: After clicking, you will enter the [My Offline Cache] page. The number of red dots indicates the number of all video lessons you are downloading (including the current course and other courses).
-My offline cache: If there are lessons that are being cached, a folder that is being cached will appear, click to enter the list of lessons that are being cached. Below are all courses that have been cached. Note: Click [Edit] to delete the cached class hours.
- For the list of class hours being cached, click [Edit] to delete the cached class hours.
