The quotation function of the Funshare CRM system is combined with the price list to meet complex quotation requirements, accurate quotation and one-click conversion order function.   • As an enterprise sales unit, in the sales process, the price list is used to flexibly control the product price differentiation, combined with the quotation, to provide customers with fast and accurate quotations and meet complex quotation requirements. After the quotation is established, the quotation can be displayed to the customer more quickly and comprehensively by printing or emailing.
  • The quotation is the basic price information of the sales order, and the final business form is developed into a sales order. The single-key conversion function of the quotation realizes the fast and flexible creation of new sales orders and realizes business needs.

    • Remarks: Whether the responsible department includes all subordinate data is determined by "CRM Management-Rule Settings-Basic Settings-Superior Visible Data Scope".
  • My subordinates are responsible for: the person in charge is a subordinate of the current user

  • "CRM Admin" can view all data.
  • All records whose status is "Obsolete" can only be seen by "CRM administrator", and other personnel are not visible.

  • Add Quote Product:

    Combined with the price list, use the price list to flexibly control the product price differentiation, provide customers with fast and accurate quotations, and meet complex quotation needs.

    • On the page for creating a new quotation, select a customer and select a price list, and select to add a product from the price list to create a new quotation accurately and quickly. The price list is not opened: On the new quotation page, after selecting a customer, directly choose to add a product.

2.2.2 Edit quotation details

  • Business description: During the quotation process, we will coordinate with customers many times, and may adjust the quotation products to meet business needs.
  • Business operation conditions: The detailed status of the quotation is "Normal" and "Unlocked".
  • The employees or roles that can perform this operation are: the person in charge, the superior of the person in charge, the relevant team members who are configured with "read and write" permissions, and the superiors of the relevant team members, and the data sharing party who are configured with "read and write" permissions.
  • Business operation entry: "Quotation Details" on the [Quotation] details page, click to open the "Edit" button on the relevant quotation details page; in the [Quotation Details] object, click "Edit" button.

2.2.3 One-click conversion into orders

  • Business description: After the quotation is completed, it can be converted into an order with one click, and the transaction can be concluded quickly.
  • Business operation condition: Quotation status is "Normal" and "Unlocked".
  • The employees or roles that can perform this operation are: the person in charge, the superior of the person in charge, the relevant team members who are configured with "read and write" permissions, and the superiors of the relevant team members, and the data sharing party who are configured with "read and write" permissions.

  • The system automatically presets the quotation printing template for you, and you can directly print the quotation.
  • Note: The quotation is a preset printing template, and its content needs to be adjusted before use.
