1.2.3 Create new price list business rules
- Valid start time, valid end time: optional. Not maintained means that there is no date limit and it will take effect permanently. The price list price can only be fetched within the time range.
- Rate card status: Rate cards are only available in the "Enabled" state.
- Applicable departments, applicable customers, and applicable partners are defined in [Available Range].
1.2.4 Add price list details
- Business description: Add products to the price list for order, quotation, business opportunity 2.0. When selecting products or selecting price list details, you can select the price of the product according to the [sellable range-sellable list].
- Business operation condition : The price list status is "Normal", "Unlocked".
- The employees or roles that can perform this operation are: the person in charge, the superior of the person in charge, the relevant team members who are configured with "read and write" permissions, and the superiors of the relevant team members, and the data sharing party who are configured with "read and write" permissions.
- Business operation entry: "Save and create new price list details" on the [Price List] edit page, "Price List Details" on the [Price List] details page; click "Add Product" in the [Price List Details] object.
- Price List Priority: The priority set. After the product is selected in the quotation, order, and business opportunity 2.0, the price will be brought out by default according to the priority.
1.2.5 Edit price list details
- Business description: There are different discounts in different time periods, and the price list discount can be edited for one or more to meet business needs.
- Business operation condition : The price list status is "Normal", "Unlocked".
- The employees or roles that can perform this operation are: the person in charge, the superior of the person in charge, the relevant team members who are configured with "read and write" permissions, and the superiors of the relevant team members, and the data sharing party who are configured with "read and write" permissions.
- Business operation entry: "Price List Details" on the [Price List] details page, "Edit" button; in the [Price List Details] object, click the "Edit" button on the [Price List Details] details page.
1.2.6 Standard Price List
- Business description: After opening the price list, the system will preset a standard price list, and automatically add all current products to the standard price list details, and the default discount is 100%. The standard price list does not allow invalidation and deletion, but can only be enabled and disabled (price list status); standard price list details only allow editing discounts, and temporarily do not allow adding or deleting price list details.
- Valid start time, valid end time: the default is empty. That is, it will take effect permanently, and the price list price can only be obtained within the time range.
- Uniform default discount: 100%
- Special rules: Add, delete, invalidate or restore a product, the product will automatically be added, deleted, invalidated or restored in the price list products of the standard price list; edit the product price, the price of the standard price list product will also change accordingly, and the price list The watch price remains unchanged.
