Usage Restrictions
The currently logged-in user needs to meet the following conditions in order to send orders:
- Requires the role of "dispatcher"
1. Work Order Assignment (Web)
Operation Entry: To-Do-Work Order to be Assigned

To-do List View Configuration: Click the [Settings] button in the upper right corner to customize the display fields of the to-do list, and click [Apply]

- Select the task column data to be assigned, and click [Work Order Assignment]

- List Dispatch: View the online status, current location, and number of dispatched work orders of engineers to improve assignment efficiency

- Map Dispatch: According to the detailed service address of the work order, the service resources near the work order are displayed on the map (supporting internal personnel of the company or external service provider enterprises) to realize the nearest assignment of the work order.
- Engineer Position: automatically obtained by the system, including the location of field check-in, work order object sign-in component, work order punch-in, etc.
- Note: Map dispatch cannot be used when the work order has no location address

2. Work Order Assignment App
- In the workbench -> to be assigned menu entry (note: the administrator needs to be in advance, click to be assigned
- Select the work order that needs to be assigned, and click the [Work Order Assignment] button
- Select the engineer and click OK to assign the engineer (the app does not support map dispatch)
- Collaborative engineers can choose multiple


3. Work Order Reassignment
- Restrictions on use: You need to have the function permission of the [Reassign] button, you can contact the service administrator to add it
- After the dispatcher or service group dispatcher assigns a work order, you can continue to reassign the work order, select the work order to be reassigned, and click [Reassign] in the operation area
