The pre-inquiry form is a functional module of the online customer service application, and the setting path is: Online Customer Service--->Pre-inquiry Form

2. Pre-inquiry Form Settings
1. Send Mode Settings
After the pre-inquiry form is enabled, the system will automatically obtain a list of all WeChat\web channels, and the sending items of the pre-inquiry form can be set for each channel.


Automatically send: After checking this option, the system will automatically send the pre-inquiry form to the customer before the manual customer service session is connected.
Automatic sending mode: You can choose to send only new visitor sessions, or send all visitor sessions.
Automatically send business type: If multiple business types are set, you can choose one to send.
Prompt: the prompt for sending the pre-inquiry form
Manual session access: After checking this option, you must submit the pre-inquiry form before entering the manual session.
2. Permission Settings for End User Form Submitting
Relevant permissions need to be set for end users. Set the permission path: Management--->Interconnection Role--->Individual User, and set the permissions as shown in the figure below.

3. Allow Visitor Identity to Submit Form
After completing the above setting items, accounts with identities in the system (that is, maintained as Internet users) can submit the form by themselves; if the company allows unregistered users to submit service requests, they need to enable the visitor identity. Path of opening the visitor identity: Management--->Interconnection Settings--->Interconnection Visitor Identity--->Enable.

If visitor's form submission is allowed, you need to assign the relevant permissions of the pre-inquiry form to the visitor identity. For details, please refer to the above form submission permission settings.
