Start an unplanned visit and save it as a separate record.

Your rule allows ad hoc visits.

The target customer exists and is accessible.

Ad hoc visits are counted separately from planned visits.
Steps
- From the field calendar’s more actions, open New Fieldwork.
- Select an available Field Type or ad hoc visit.
- In the field calendar, open the new Fieldwork Plan.
- Complete Field Check-in and the required actions.
- Check out and confirm the task.
Expected Result
The record has an ad hoc marker and appears in the field list and analytics.
This Business Scenario remains separate from planned visits.
