Admin Setup for Field Actions, Types, Rules, and Scenes
Build executable visit tasks in the order of action, type, scene, and rule.
Before You Start

You are a system or field application administrator.

Identify required fields, products, photos, and review rules.

Users see scenes only after rule authorization.
Steps
- In Field App > Field Settings > Field Actions, create collection actions.
- In Field Types, arrange actions, attendance, check-out, and completion methods.
- In Field Global Settings > Field Scenes, enable route, distribution, proof, inspection, or phone scenes.
- In Field Rules, authorize users, types, scenes, and location constraints.
- Test the entry, execution, and analytics results on Web and App.
Expected Result
The test account can enter the target scene, submit a visit, and view the record in the field list.
The configuration stores Basic Info, the Business Scenario, the Field Scene, and the Business Process.
