Secondary Dealer Binding

Bind secondary dealers with delivery dealers in one click to strengthen upstream control.

Overview

💡 By binding connection relationships between secondary dealers and dealers in Batch, administrators avoid binding them one by one.

After binding, the dealer side can run data sync business directly.

Role permissions: You need operation permissions for CRM Account Management in the brand system.
Completion Conditions: The following four conditions must be met at the same time:
The selected secondary dealer Account has the Record Type “secondary dealer”.
The selected secondary dealer has an Enterprise account.
The delivery dealer that corresponds to the selected secondary dealer has an Enterprise account.
The distribution Mode must be “Level 2”. Path: Setup > Business Rule Management > Distributor Management.
Operation path: CRM > Account Management > Accounts > select the Account Name.

Under CRM > Account Management > Accounts, select the secondary dealer accounts to bind. Multi-Select is Available.
Click Bind secondary dealer and dealer connection relationship to bind several secondary dealers with their dealers at once.
Batch combinations across different secondary dealers and different dealers are Supported.

The selected secondary dealers now have a connection relationship with the corresponding dealer, and the dealer side can run data sync business directly.
The bound relationship appears under External Users.
The enterprise account of the corresponding delivery dealer shows the bound delivery dealer and secondary dealer as External Organizations.

This button is Available only for accounts whose Record Type is “secondary dealer”.
If the secondary dealer or the delivery dealer has no Enterprise account, binding fails.
When the distribution Mode is not “Level 2”, binding is unavailable.
