💡 Use Product Settings to decide, based on product attributes, whether to enable multi-spec management.
After multi-spec support, Van Sales & Order Solicitation ordering can select products precisely by spec.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must be a System Admin with FMCG Business Plugins management permission.

Completion Conditions: The FMCG Ordering app is activated.

Impact scope: Multi-spec affects the product master creation and ordering product-selection dimensions.
Configuration steps
- Go to CRM Setup > Business Rule Management > Mid-Sales Management Configuration > Product / Product Management.
- Enable the product configuration switch capability.
- Maintain the Specification Attribute in the product master.
- Save the settings and notify relevant roles to verify.

Whether to enable multi-spec is decided by the enterprise based on product attributes. After enabling, ordering supports selection by spec.

- Confirm in the product master that multi-spec attributes can be maintained.
- On the mobile client during Van Sales / Order Solicitation ordering, confirm products can be selected by spec.
