Order Solicitation Mode Quick Start
For salespersons, warehouse keepers, and delivery drivers, run an end-to-end order solicitation and delivery chain.
Learning objectives and final outcome
After you complete this tutorial, you complete the order solicitation loop: the salesperson places an in-store order, the warehouse keeper picks and sorts, and the delivery driver loads the vehicle and delivers to the store to collect payment.
Finally, in the order delivery scenario, you see the order shipped and the receivable collected.
Preparation
- Account: the salesperson, warehouse keeper, and delivery driver are assigned the corresponding roles and permissions.
- Pre-configuration: the admin has enabled the order solicitation delivery feature in Admin > FMCG Business Plugins.
- Device: all related users have signed in to the Mobile Client app.
Step-by-step instructions

When the salesperson visits an account, tap Visit Order, enter the store order, and submit it.

On the Sales Order page, the warehouse keeper consolidates stock by order and prints the Stocking List.

The warehouse keeper generates the Sorting List and picks by store.

In the Sales Order list, the dispatcher assigns the order to the driver responsible for the area and schedules it by delivery time.

In the loading scenario, the delivery driver quickly loads based on the order products in the pending delivery orders.

The delivery driver goes to Delivery and Shipping and visits stores one by one.

Tap the Deliver action under the order, confirm shipment, and verify the shipped products order by order.

The store can add or remove products on site; the system recalculates shipping and the receivable based on the latest order and collects payment.
Run and verify
- The order solicitation order appears in the Sales Order list, and its status advances through picking, dispatching, and delivery.
- The delivery driver’s delivery plan calendar shows the stores and orders to be delivered.
- After in-store delivery, the order status updates to Shipped and the receivable is collected.
