Whether in Van Sales mode (the driver submits a Van Sales Order) or Order Solicitation mode (the salesperson submits an order solicitation), the system deducts the corresponding inventory in real time when the order is submitted successfully, with no need to wait for subsequent steps such as approval or shipping. To reverse the inventory, use a reverse operation such as order void or return.
