Campaign business process overview

Understand how a campaign moves from plan to Expense Write-off.

Business value

Campaign Management connects plans, applications, agreements, evidence, audits, and write-offs in a flexibly configurable process that supports different levels of campaign management.

Main process

Campaign Plan → Campaign Application → Campaign Agreement → Promo Proof → Campaign Audit → Store Expense Write-off → Store Expense Disbursement → Dealer Expense Write-off
Campaign Plan is the starting node, and Campaign Application is required. The campaign type determines whether later nodes must be executed. The write-off stage can include Store Expense Write-off, Store Expense Disbursement, and Dealer Expense Write-off.
