Auditor quick campaign audit
Give a qualified or unqualified evaluation for a store Promo Proof record submitted by a sales representative.
1. Learning objectives and end state
After completing this tutorial, you can:
- View pending audit data by dealer and campaign application on the web.
- Complete a web or on-site campaign audit.
End state: The audit details show a qualified or unqualified result, and pending data becomes audited data.
2. Prerequisites
- The current campaign type contains a Campaign Audit node.
- A store has submitted Promo Proof that can be audited.
- Before an on-site audit, the field-work rule includes the Campaign Audit action or audit scenario.
3. Step-by-step procedure
Step 1: Open the audit entry
- On the web, go to Campaign > Campaign Management > Campaign Audits.
- On mobile, open Campaign Audit from the Workstation home page.

Step 2: Complete an audit
Web audit
- Filter campaign types that have auditable campaigns.
- Find the target dealer and campaign application in the list, and click Audit.
- Review the store’s Promo Proof and details, then evaluate the execution result.
- After the audit, view the result in the upper-right corner.

On-site audit
- In the audit scenario, view stores within 10 km that have participated in campaigns.
- Visit the store. If it has participated in multiple campaigns, select the target campaign first.
- The system retrieves the store’s most recent execution data for the campaign. Evaluate it at the store.
- Complete and submit the evaluation.
4. Run and verify
- The audited count increases and the pending count decreases in the Campaign Audit list.
- Confirm that the execution data changed from pending audit to audited.
- Confirm that a new audit record appears in the Promo Proof Audit list.
